Charges in Fort Worth Wal-Mart Chaos Case
FORT WORTH, Texas – A North Texas man faces several charges after allegedly causing a chaotic scene at a Fort Worth Wal-Mart on Thursday morning.
According to police, Seinko Theinkang was drunk when he crashed into the store in the 8400 block of Anderson Boulevard, near Interstate 30.
Several people suffered minor injuries, including Theinkang, who was briefly hospitalized.
After the crash, Theinkang jumped into the bed of a nearby pickup truck in an apparent attempt to carjack the vehicle , police said.
The truck driver crashed into several other vehicles when trying to dislodge Theinkang, investigators said.
Theinkang wrestled with a group of Wal-Mart employees before officers apprehended him, police said.
Theinkang is charged with causing an accident involving injury or death and driving while intoxicated. He also faces three counts of making terroristic threats.
